Nature of God’s kingship

November 26, 2017 1 min read

God is the king of the universe. There is no boundary or limit to his reign. Unlike, our earthly rulers who are limited by time and space, God lives and reigns forever. All authority in heaven and on earth are subject to his divine kingship. He is a king who leads with compassion. Like a shepherd, He is totally concerned and committed to the welfare of his people. He takes especial care of the weak, bandage the wounded and goes in search of the stray. He is a king that judges and rewards justly. He finds us worthy to be  admitted into his kingdom based on the love we have shown to others. Ultimately, he is a king that conquers or delivers. By his death and resurrection, he has conquered sin and death the last enemy of man. May we open and submit  ourselves to the Supreme reign of God. May his kingdom be established endlessly  in our hearts , families and Nation. Amen. Happy solemnity of Christ the king

His ways and thoughts are really differtent from ours. Some of the Atheists were once believers but due to d fact that they misunderstood His absence during their crucial difficults moments, they concluded that a God who abandons his children during times of need cant be a father. I pray dat this solemnity of Christ the King renew their faith once more.
