Dear friends, Jesus is the light that has come into the world. With his coming, the people that walked in darkness has seen a great light; those in the shadow of death, great light has shone on them. Through the sacraments, Jesus continues this divine action of dispeling darkness in our lives. Through baptism, He raised us from the strong spell and bondage of darkness to become sons and daughters of God the true light. In the Eucharist, he let us feel his divine presence more intimately. He renews and set us free from the entanglement of sin through penance.
More so, He has called and chosen us to aid in bringing souls from the sea of darkness to his own wonderful light. May his divine light penetrate the hidden darkness in our lives, may he make us more light and eager to answer his calls always and in everywhere. Amen. Happy Sunday
