Dear friends, holiness is not an option for a true Son and daughter of God. This is because God is all Holy. It is his nature to be Holy. Holiness is his way of being. Whatever that is his is set apart for his possession. In other words, whatever that is Holy has been possessed by the Divine. When we struggle to be Holy, we are desiring to live in the way of God’s life;we are participating in the holiness of God himself. We can truly be Holy when we show love to our neighbors and even to those who hate us. We live a holy life when we resist the inclination to revenge but trust in God who loves truly. May God give us the grace and courage to always and in all condition overcome evil or hatred with good and love. Happy Sunday
